The fiberglass floor filter, also named as paint arrestor filter is a fiberglass mat with green and white coloring, specifically designed to capture overspray during painting processes. It is ideal for use as a floor filter beneath the grid in paint booths, effectively trapping overspray that falls to the ground.
Made from long glass fibers and synthetic thermosetting resins, the filter features a progressively denser structure, allowing it to capture particles of varying sizes. The air intake side is green, and the air outlet side is white. The filter is available in rolls, each 20 meters in length, with multiple width options to suit different requirements.
Widely used in both industrial and automotive painting applications, this filter also serves many other industries. It is often paired with other air filters, such as pre-filters, to enhance overall air filtration efficiency.
